Sheila Kehoe, of Baird and Warner, recently acted as our realtor for the sale of our home in Schaumburg, IL. Pre-sale she gave us advice for staging, pricing and when to put our house on the market. As a result, we had an offer on our home the day after it was listed!One week later, the Covid-19 pandemic hit! We are snowbirds and were unable to make the trip back to Illinois.
